Continuously Processing Claims Incorrectly
On 2 Oct Discovery (#***) notified me that my claim will be paid to the healthcare provider. I already settled the claim and phoned and informed Discovery at 08:30 on 2 Oct. I was told to email [Email Removed]<br> <br> I sent through the documentation to claims adjustments stating that I need to be reimbursed on 2 Oct (ref ***). I was informed later that day that the adjustment can't be processed as I only included the proof of payment and not the invoice. I then resubmitted all of the info to claimsadjustment on 2 Oct at 16:28 and received a response that it would be processed 2-3 working days.<br> <br> Having had no response yet by 9 Oct, I send an enquiry email to claims adjustments that then responded (ref ***) that the claim has already been settled with the healthcare provider. I am aware of this, which is why I have been trying since 2 October to have it rectified.<br> <br> In addition, I submitted a new claim to Discovery on Oct that included the invoice and proof payment, as well as a note from me indicating that the claim should be paid over to me (ref ***) On 9 Oct I received notification from Disc
