Continuous incompetence!

On the 26th of May I lodged a complaint regarding my tax return and Jeanette called and assured me the matter would be fixed. I'm still waiting, and now she's playing hide and seek with me while shes also promised to put me in touch with a superior. Most of the time when I call I'm either told she's not around or can't take my call right now. It's been over months of waiting now, this is unacceptable!
