Continuous followups

After having a few troublesome events in my life, needing ti see a Psychologists, I went for 8 sessions all paid for by myself. A friend of mine advised to send it through to Discovery as a Prescribed Minimum Benefit. So I found the correct forms, got the Psychologist to sign it and sent it off. Within 2 days, I received a mail from Discovery stating that they have approved the visits and will pay for it. My first email had all the invoices, dates of visits, proof of payment and the signed form. I waited over a week, no payment to me... I called Discovery, lengthy call, for them to advise me yes they did receive it, but I must send off the proof of payments and invoices again. So I did this again, a week later still nothing, followed up again on another lengthy call to be told that they don't have the dates of my visits. Does no-one actually look at the emails sent? Is it all automated by a machine? All the dates are on the invoices and it feels as though Discovery is neglecting this and I cannot afford to be on the line for 20 minutes of my own airtime, just to be told to resend it all the time with no action... Wake up Discovery, what is going on?
