CONTINUAL INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN

I am totally disgusted as each time I ring and answer all the questions when I finally get through to a consultant I am continually given wrong information regarding my cover and I am really becoming absiolutely sick of it. Its time you get your information correct. I visited your offices in KZN and I see that even my address is incorrect!!!
