Consultants who contradict information

After having my son hospital claims were paid out of my savings and after speaking to consultants who promise resolution and nothing gets done , it becomes highly frustrating! I just spoke to Craig now who assured me that if a baby is born on the 30 of a month , and is not added to the med aid by the last day of that month , being the 31st , that child cannot be covered unless that child is added immediately after being born irrespective that a mother could be sick or still hospitalized even though correspondence from discovery says u have a month to add your baby as a dependant. So either discovery needs to change their correspondence going to pregnant mums that their baby cannot be covered bid not added in month of birth or Craig needs the memo on that!!! Also I specifically requester that my savings be properly reviews to correct it but clearly consultants cannot do more than one thing at a time
