Consultant not trained to help

<p>I submitted an online query and having not received an answer after a week I phoned ********** 877. I spoke to Tumelo Manamela who wa not equipped to answer my questions . All she could do was send me forms.</p> <p>I have received 4 forms which do not relate to my question. </p> <p>Lots of attitude and little customer service!!!! </p>
