Consultant does not know the new SARS process

I contact Discovery Health on 15 August about changing the number of dependents on my SARS 2017 tax return. SARs changed the process for the first time, changes can no longer be made to return as the information was submitted directly by the medical aid.

I have a unique situation where I am main member of my own medical aid with 4 dependents. In addition, I pay my mom’s medical aid but under a separate plan where she is the main member. Discovery submitted to SARs that I have 4 dependents but it should say 5 taking my mom into account. I explained this to the consultant and she said that they only provide a letter confirming that I pay my mom’s medical aid. I told her that this is not sufficient as SARS says the information must be resubmitted to SARs. Can you please have a look at this? I have included a screenshot of the SARs message.
