Constantly disconnecting Apple Watch

The app disconnects my Apple Watch every single day. As a result I only get the 100 points for attending planet fitness and not the 200-300 points I should be getting based on the Apple Watch data. I have to add my watch again every single day. This is extremely frustrating and I’m over it.
