Consistent micro management

Dh has moved from being one of the best to being the worst I have requested authorisation to go to a specialist since the 26th of January 2022 and every time there is a new reason why I can't go it puzzles me as to why I need authority to go to a specialist when I have a limited amount to go? They say it takes 2 to 3 working days to authorize but with me it takes 5 days and every time I have to call get declined feed back while I sit here in pain day in and day out, that time I pay monthly on time but I am monitored like a 5 year old who needs pamission to go play outside I'm fed up.
