Congratulations Discovery

I recd my first shot of Pfizer vaccine today. I was amazed & in admiration at the organization to cope with a flood of wrinklies over 60, including me, at the Discovery HQ in Sandton. Tons of people guiding us through the various stations to check appointments, IDs, and ensure we waited the minimum time. Lovely people, cheerful signs, places to sit, and signs that said things like 'welcome; thanks for coming; you're a minute away : then you made it!.' then on the way out after the Jab, congratulations, thanks for coming : then relax, use our WiFi & entertainment. ' it was freezing cold today in Joburg, & i was thrilled at this experience. I thought on the way out that the Discovery management team excelled themselves. Maybe they should be running the City of Johannesburg. This was fantastic. Well done @Discovery Health.
