Confused customer

I'm not sure if you're aware that we as clients can't see the Wealth Fund on your App's. Not on a PC and also not on my phone's app. I've told 3 of the consultants I've spoken to for the past 2 weeks. They've said that they report it to your IT, but it doesn't seem like they have.

I have another issue. Being on a Delta Saver staying in Heidelberg Gauteng, I'm very dissappointed that we have to travel 34km to the nearest Network Hospital that's being run like it's a Government hospital. I know that because my son had an accident in April this year and we couldn't be assisted at a hospital 5 minutes from my house and was forced to go to Alberton Netcate Hospital, because we couldn't pay the co-payment. It took us 6 hours to be seen by a doctor. Whereas we were seen immediately by the one close to my house. The doctors that we see as house doctors, are operating at the same hospital, but we can't make use of them?? Surely there's a lot of client's here in Heidelberg that's on Discovery. Life Springs Parkland is also an option, also a bit far (28km) but it's much better than Alberton. Could you please look into it for next year??
