Confirmation of medical savings refund promised, not done for over a week.

I logged a call over week ago for my medical savings to be refunded. I was promised between 2-7 days. Ref *** I was only on the scheme for a short period and never used it whilst being covered. All I need is the money refunded, but you shouldnt make promised of 2-7 days if you cant stick to it.
