Concerns Regarding Deteriorating Service Standards at Discovery Medical Aid

It has come to my attention that Discovery Medical Aid's service delivery has declined significantly. Waiting for over three hours on the phone for assistance often leads to no resolution due to extended holds. Attempts to reach out via email result in receiving a reference number with no corresponding response. This leaves us without a channel to address issues not covered in the App FAQ. Your assistance in resolving these concerns is appreciated.
