Computer Company with no Human interface

I have tried to get hold of some human at Discovery for some time now with no success. 1) You phone system just go in circles with all the options at the end I spend more on my cell phone cost trying to speak to someone with no success. 2) Yours app cannot give me an answer as I cannot find the correct option re the financial assistance. 3) I send so many email requesting someone to call me and only get a automatic response again from you. computer sending me reference number. E.g. ***, ***,***,*** that’s only in the last few weeks.

After that all still no one even tried to contact me regarding my request.

Is Discovery a Computer operated Company with no Human interface? As your phones is automated computer, you email is the same(also on your email response it states on most email addresses “We will stop using this email address soon”, and the WhatsApp is also just a Computer rep**** system. Not sure must I address my quires to as this Computer can only say NO
