I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to discovery medical aid and their consultant Munira kamaldeen on her excellent client service and professionalism also her compassion and kindness. My husband went for spinal surgery last month and I app**** for the PMB benefit munira assisted me with my application and also called me back when I got approval for certain benefits as I was anxiously waiting for the outcome and was really stressed but munira made me feel calm n reassured me all that can be done will be done to help me although I did not get approval for all 20 physiotherapy sessions gettin approval for 6 made me grateful thank you to munira for all ur help and thank you to discovery medical aid I made the right decision in not changing to a new medical even though I was deciding to and filled in an application to join Bonitas as it was recently offered at my work place I'm glad I stayed with discovery.
