Compliment for Banele in the Pre-Auth Department

Good day,

I wanted to send an email congratulating the company on having a professional, polite and efficient employee like Banele.

I am currently 8 months pregnant and had forgotten to finalise pre-authorisation for my baby's birth. Ontop of everything I was unsure of the code my gynae gave me due to his illegible hand writing. I was a bit in a panic because this is my first child. Banele was calm and cool, he explained the process to me called my gynae on a three way call and when I was unable to get through to him he reassured me that he would call me Monday after I had spoken to my gynae.

He showed so much care and even got back to me on Monday to finalise everything! Banele thank you so much for being knowledgeable and caring! You helped me tick off one less thing off my list.

I did call before regarding my Pre-Auth and didn't get anywhere, this is why I was so grateful and impresses by Banele.
