Complete waste of my time and theirs - and probably yours

Discovery have lost the plot completely. Possibly because they spend too much time trying to be a bank, or making ****** decisions.

I went to see my doctor a few weeks ago. Discovery sent me a survey to complete, asking about the doctor's service levels. All well and good. I completed the survey.

Then they sent me the same survey. I told them I'd already completed it.

So they sent it to me again. I asked them politely to stop wasting my time.

So they sent it to me again. And again.

My politeness levels have since decreased. But I expect them to keep sending me the same survey over and over again, wasting my time and theirs. Because Discovery have completely lost the plot.
