COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE BY DISCOVERY CONSULTANTS!!!!

I have submitted claims and have numerous issues getting them paid by Discovery, each consultant giving me a different excuse, every manager making false promises, the claims consultant capturing the claim incorrectly, and yet i am STILL calling them EVERY DAY to check on the status of my claim! WHICH has not been paid out for over a week now i am struggling, calling every day, have received no FEEDBACK! I pay 7500 a month and am DIGRUNTLED with the service i have received! For something that should have been directly paid by them!!!! The level of service has seriously dropped and the people i have dealt with have ALL been extremely *********** at handling the claim!!!!! WHY DO I PAY SO MUCH IF I AM RECEIVING SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE, time to look for a better medicl aid????
