Complete Incompetence

So I went for a vitality health check…. The only one I’ve been to this year.

My following measurements were in range -

1- Cholesterol 2- Blood Glucose 3- Blood Pressure

My weight assessment was at risk

My smoking status was high risk.

I was awarded 2500 points for the check however according to my calculations from what’s stated on your website the points awarded should be 7500 points for 3 in range and 1 high risk result.

Please explain to me why it has the comment under points awarded 1 VHC outcome in range, 3 at risk and 1 high risk.

I’ve been in contact with them and they’re clearly incapable of resolving this. I was so amused by the comment on my report that I don’t exercise enough. Are you serious? Look at my vitality active goals…. I have 283 consecutive goals…. I haven’t missed a goal in 4.5 years. I exercise way more than 150 minutes per week.

If I’m going to have to deal with this type of incompetence when it comes to something as important as health and medical I seriously need to reconsider Discovery Vitality!
