Complete but half way

Hi Ms S Singh I wouldn't say you have completed my query however assisted a lot and therefore I feel it only far I do complete in taking this further as once again I refuse to have emails from no reply email addresses for me to follow up and today I received an sms telling me my G.p as per my forms sent in and that is yourll fault that his not my G.p and I am liable for his consultants. I also have not received my authorization or anything and I explained I need that and I can't afford to run around at the cost of your'll mistakes as well as I have a family to feed. Please make sure before you mark anything complete you see it to the end especial when it's a simple task and someone else life. If assist mood client who are unwell then discovery is in the wrong business. Please do not call me as I am working. Email me facts and not just what was said. I want that follow up finished with the Dr and Discovery. That what medical schemes do.
