Complaint Regarding Delays and Stress in Claims Process including PMB

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of anxiety and distress I have experienced while dealing with Discovery during my claims process. The prolonged waiting periods, combined with repeated requests for extensive documentation, have created significant frustration and uncer*****y. After already waiting for a considerable time, being required to submit additional documents and then wait again has only intensified the situation. This ongoing process has caused me a great deal of emotional strain, to the point where it is negatively affecting my well-being. The stress and anxiety caused by these delays are serious concerns, especially given my health condition. I kindly request that my claim be prioritised and finalised as soon as possible. I would appreciate clear communication and a more efficient resolution going forward.
