complaint of claim still not sorted

<p>i made a complaint last week regarding non-payments and false infomation goven by dicovery call centre. i rceoved an email form discovery saying they will look into the matter and come back to me in two ddays , its been 4 days now and i have not heard anything form them . the doctor need his money . i dont thinlk discovery is offering us the service we desrve, i have been a loyal client since 2008 who does not skip payments but this tome they have let me down, i think its time to change medical aid . the best think i can do is to reverse their debit order and pay the poor doctor and i wont stop at this , i will take this to my lawyer, we ill see each other in court . robbibg people is a crime.</p>
