Complaint: Failure to pay cashbacks to my account for Team Vitality Race Fees, Shoe Booster cashback and Gym Booster cashback

Hi,

Discovery Membership Number: *** Vitality Policy Number: ***

I have just checked my bank account and no payment has been made to my account for the following:

• Team Vitality race fees • Shoe Booster cashback • Gym Booster cashback

Please address this or else I am going to the Ombudsman and CPA!

Listen carefully here. There is an outstanding R60 Team Vitality cash back that was apparently paid on 20-21 September to my bank account which I never received.
NONE of my cash backs have been paid!!! Not my gym booster cash back or shoe booster cash back or the team vitality one that was calculated already.

We are now on the 26th of September. If this is not paid immediately I will be going to CPA and Ombudsman to log a complaint against Discovery. Please get management on top of this ASAP
I am extremely upset about this!!

Hi, this is still not resolved and we are on the 8th of October. I still not received my Shoebooster or Gymbooster.
