Complaint

I am due to do procedure and I am told I must first make co payment before the medical aid can process the payment. I am expected to pay R4k upfront and yet I have the funds that covers that on my MSA. I fail to understand this whole ****. In the meantime I am suffering I cannot get anything down it’s been the whole week and the doctor needs to do this procedure. Discovery is leaving me to die. I am DISGUSTED to say the least ????????
