Complaint

Discovery health services is very pathetic. Ever since I was a member with them I did not receive a membership card and my termination date was the 30/04/2018 and my medical aid savings veas supposed to be paid on the 5 the month which is September and the want me to wait 6 month. When calling btheir customer service and requesting to speak to a manager I was placed on hold for more than 6 minutes and a phone was put down on my ear with out speaking to a team leader their service is really bad
