Complaining about same issue over and over

Another embrassing day for me at Dischem trying to claim for over the counter medicine. Apparently Discovery does not pay and I do have a benefit on my plan. Every single time I have the same issue, i cannot have this situation. First thing tomorrow, I am sending a switch form to my HR, I am getting off Discovery medical aid. I am sick and tired of this *******. Sad because I have been a member of Discovery for 10years now.
