Complain poor service from Discovery Health

I'm trying to get my tax certificate from Discovery Health now for two weeks with no success. I have requested it on whatsup four times, completed two

I've requested a copy of my tax certificate but with no luck they don't even came back to me and say we are working on request. I try to log in, I have send 4 whatsup's, I have phoned twice and "press one for your tax certificate" no luck, I have completed to complain forms. And still no word from Discovery Health.
