complain
<p>I went to my gynie and he revered me to a surgeon as I have a tumor in my breast I went to surgeon and he said it needs to be taken out as I have pain in my breast and its 3.5 cm. So I called the mediacal iad firts to get a authorization code to see my surgeon I struggled 2 weeks to get it, at last I got it went to see surgeon he booked me for the next day as I needed to het authorization again foe hospital I phoned discovery again and they said it not approved as im not happy with this services no where in my option benifts it show anything of the sort not allowed I have full hsp cover so now I must walk around with an unbearable pain in my breast. I mean I took out discovery as everyone said its the best but I regret it totally. </p>

I'm tired of discovery now they say its not covered on key care and when I took out discovery the consultant were supposed to informed me but no one did say anything of such sort, and now they twl me to change my plan to a more expensive plan to get it done in the new year I have told them that I cant afford a other plan as its double the monthly pament as i'm paying now, so what they say is I can walk around with this thumor that is painfull for the rest of my life till I can afford better medical aid.!! I dont think it fair if I only knew that discovery is like this before I took it out I would have went to a other medical aid. Im really dissapointed in them and I would not recomend them to any one!!!!!!!!
