I need health was a member of discovery medical aid for 7years never been admitted or done any procedure i recently resigned from my job to a different company that doesnt subsidized discovery my medical aid was automatically cancelled at that time i had funds in my account. I contacted them to query how to i get my servings because i ddnt get a chance to use them before the medical aid was cancelled i was told they will calculated n i will get the funds in 3 to 6months after about 3months i recieved an email saying i owe discovery 1140rands and i need to pay as soon as possible i sent an email asking what is the money i ddnt get any response. Later i recieved another wmail saying i need to pay the money withing 20days or they will report me to credit bureau.

I have recieved your email. If iam understanding you correctly you saying" I used more than what I had that's why I owe you. Doing what where is my statement. Again you are saying my savings are transfered to a new medical aid within four months. So I have saving, and again I used more I wht I paid for? That's why I owe you. Again why was I never called and given these information,cos the only thing I got after asking my servings back,was the clain with no information whatsoever just an account number,followed by a threatening letter to send me to lawyers If I dnt pay within 20days. What m paying for no one cares to explain I just have to pay ?
