Comms UNACCEPTABLE.
Sent an email to Discovery Medical Aid on Saturday, 15 February 2025, requesting that my monthly VITALITY be CANCELLED, with effect from 28 February 2025. To date there has been NO RESPONSE confirming the cancellation. Discovery Medical Aid's admin is greatly lacking, especially when they claim to be the best in the country !!!!
