Commnication

I found out i was 2 months pregnant and contacted discovery as i wanted to cover myself and my unborn baby and the birth. I was contacted and explained that they do not cover the birth as I was already pregnant and iv completely understood that. I was also explained that I'm on 12 month waiting period due to my pregnancy. I accepted that they will not cover me and carried on with the process. I been to the doctor and my claim was rejected and Iv queried this and as i was explained to again that the doctor should attached a note if I have a illness or whatever the case may be. Today i decided to ask why this wasn't communicated to me when I took medical aid out and there was no response, I then decided to go on the website and found under FAQ that it clearly states that if you are 12 weeks the medical aid will cover you in regards to the medical aid plan to choose, and this also wasn't communicated to me I even called them back after I took out the medical aid and they assured me that no medical aid will cover me because I,m already pregnant. This is truly disgusting, pathetic service and no one gets back to you this is disgusting and misleading
