COLLUSION BETWEEN HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL AID DISCOVERY

I would like to know why I am not allowed to use Mediclinic as a hospital. I am paying 7000.00 per month towards my medical aid on traditional bankmed, and the people on core saver are allowed, but i am not .This is very unfair. Nowhere in Vanderbijlpark is a hospital we can use, emfuleni mediclinic and cormed are not allowed. We have to go to Vaalpark hospital in the Free state or Midvaal hospital in Vereeniging if we need a hospital. I want to know what is going on, are you colluding with hospitals? My husband was to be admitted yesterday, mediclinic would not take him, there are no beds available at either midvaal nor Vaalpark hospital. Where are we supposed to go? This ******* has been going on since discovery took over bankmed and they are abusing us for financial gain.
