Co payment needed

<p>My wife had to go to the emergency services at hospital a couple of weeks ago. After seeing the Dr. they admitted her and had to spend the night. I called Discovery the next day just to ensure that everything was fine. The opearator indicated that everything is being sorted out. Today I got a phone call indicating that I owe 30% co payment cause I didnt notify them of the planned hospital visit!!! This was an Emergency. I spent over an hour on the phone and still excuse after excuse!!!</p>
