Co payment dispute, high risk pregnancy

I'm on the Classic Delta network and I'm due to give birth in December. My Obgyn isn't within the Delta network and so is the hospital he works at. According to Discovery, I'll have to pay the hospital a co payment for my birth. I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant and very high risk. Discovery has refused to waver the co payment following the motivational letter they received from my obgyn explaining the severity of my case. This letter was sent in September 2019 and did not communicate anything about declining the motivational letter. Discovery also failed to refer me to another hospital or obgyn that will be wiling to take my case. If anything happens to me or my baby, it will be on Discovery.
