Co payment charged even thought the doctor was nominated

My GP was nominated via Discovery app,visited the doctor and Discovery short paid the doctor and I am liable for a copayment,why must I pay a copayment when the doctor was nominated,this process doesn't make any sense,just another tactic of Discovery to rob their clients!
