Co-payment?

Good day. Please help me to talk to someone that can help me with information. For the friendly lady on the other side of the line is wasting my airtime and talking like a prober lawyer. I can not risk my live with a medical aid that is giving me ifs and maybes. I need someone that can give me facts for I need to move from one medication type to another. This is a live changings and possibly live threatening,if it is not done correctly. My husband is currently on Humira and the doctor want to move if to cosentyx. So instead of 2 injection a month to 1 injection a month. So the medical air will save money. But in order to move to the new medication I need to have a 20% co-payment. I can NOT afford it after I made a payment of R14 800 on my medical aid. I can not take a change and move over to the 1doses solution. I did not have a copayment on my Humira why should I have a copayment on it biological treatment like brother. Or are Discovery getting so desperate for money? At the end of the day I only want to know if there is a copayment on cosentyx.
