Clueless medical aid

Absolutely tired of discovery health. They are absolutely clueless in the most basic functions of a medical aid. I have tried to log a claim which I paid for, for 2 weeks now. 6 times submitted and not one is a success. Used the interactive bot. More time wasted. So over being forced to use them.
