Clueless
Hi, how is it possible that no-one from your claims department can advise what will be paid towards a claim submitted. I spoke to Preesan and Tivo , and although they have my scheme details and the claim I submitted, they are unable to give any information. It is unacceptable for an organization of your size to tell me to wait 72 working hours - that is 9 DAYS, for an answer. Appalling service Discovery!
