Closing down of walk-in facilities in Centurion

<p>Discovery Health has decided to close its walk-in facilities in Centurion, leaving hundreds if not thousands af members in Northern Gauteng as well as Limpopo an Mpumalanga, who visited the walk-in center, stranderd. As the call centres are a big frustration when dealing with statements and rejection of claims, the walk-in center was an excellent facility to solve customers' problems. The bigger Discovery becomes the more of their client friendly services are closed down, leaving their clients with unsolved problems. The call centers are staffed by employees who send you from the one section to another, or they just cut you off.</p> <p>Their argument is that they have opened a walk-in center in Sandton is not helping any client living north of Johannesburg. It is just too time consuming and too far away to drive to Sandton with problems which pop up on a monthly basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shame on you, Discovery!</p>
