Close your call centre

Tried calling to change my diabetic dr on the cde program. Got passed from one department to the other because no one in discovery knows what diabeties is. Wasted 25 minutes on the call till the last person put the phone down. Last week spent over 30 minutes trying to do the same with the same result from discovery. Really really pathetic.
