Client suffer due to errors from Discovery medical aid!

<p>It has been 2 times now that I needed to call Discovery Medical aid to resolve errors made by them!</p> <p>Every time we get admitted in to the hospital they are supposed to use the hospital plan on my medical aid to pay for the bills, however they use my savings which results in me having to call them every time to rectify their errors. This also leaves me without any fund on my medical aid as they take all our funds on the saving.</p> <p>So whenever I have to get medicine or see the Dr, and use the funds from my Medical aid, I can't and have to pay cash due to Discovery's errors.</p> <p>I called the contact centre and was advised it takes 2 - 3 days for them to come back to me.</p> <p>During this time I have to go without any funds on my medical aid!!!</p> <p>I am so disgusted and disappointed with this bad service I am getting from Discovery!</p>
