Clawback

I cancelled a membership with Discovery Medical aid and was advised of medical savings over expenditure via written correspondence.

I consistently made payments in light of the communication received and was later shocked to find they had since loaded a default on my itc profile.

Full payment of the amount outstanding was made already in May 2017 and they acknowledged receipt.

To my shoc**** On 5 Oct, when I pulled a credit report, their default is still noted. Called them and queries this and spoke to a highly uninterested lady who advised she would have this removed and sent me a paid up letter.

Again to my shoc**** 2018 January, the listing is still reflecting on my report and is further impacting my credit profile as a consumer.
