Claims turnaround time pathetic and no feedback
A claim was logged 26th February after no proper assistance or feedback from a previous attempt was received. Turnaround time 2-3 days. It's over a week no claim showing on my claims or feedback Your reference number is ***. I have logged two complaints online no feedback, 1 complaint to the principal no feedback and two attempts online. No gelp
