CLAIMS SHOWS FOR PRENANCY BUT DISCOVERY PROCESS IT FROM SAVINGS ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF MATERNITY BENEFIT

Wooow discovery always find a way to lure and rob people. when they advertise maternity benefit, they dont tell you you need to actovate it. they make it look like you are autometically covered. which i dont understand why cant you be... because when your doctor send claim, they use pregnancy codes. you can see that the claim is of pregnancy, why cant you take it from the maternity benefit. i am pregnant, went to my gynaecologist 3 times and also do preganancy blood tests. but discovery took all the consultations from my savings account when the can even see that the doctor used pregnancy codes to do the claim. what kind of whichcraft is this??? i am so disappointed and angry at the same. the blood test that i did for my 2nd visits, instead of taking the money from my maternity benefits, they took it from my savings. whereas i have a benefit for that. i asked the service provider and they confirm that the codes they send to claim does say its for pregnancy. but discovery just check and see and decided to take from my savings though i have maternity benefit.... i joined this scheme because of your unique maternity benefit. now i am pregnant and happy, you come with excuses for not paying from it. can you please reverse these claims and put the money back to my savings and process the claims from the maternity benefit. I AM PREGNANT even the codes shows that its for pregnancy when you receive the CLAIM. STOP ROBBING US, WE WORK HARD FOR THIS MONEY, PLEASE... DO THE RIGHT THING. CODES SHOWS PREGANANCY, THEN PROCESS CLAIMS FROM MATERNITY BENEFIT AND STOP ROBBING US, PLEASE. WE BEG YOU.
