Claims rejected when they should have been paid

Once again, as happens EVERY SINGLE YEAR, when I move into my Self Payment Gap, discovery rejects ALL claims, even the ones they are supposed to pay under the Day-to-day Extender Benefit. So here we go again, and again, and again. I am so sick of this medical aid.
