Claims rejected for life threatening disease

I have been trying to resolve this amicably. My specialist wrote 3 motivations, phoned twice. Since submission of first motivation for Xarelto on 12 Aug for a pulmonary embolisms it took them until 1 Oct to approve it. Since then it keeps on rejecting at the pharmacy. I CANNOT afford the medication cash any longer. I'm financially ruined due to medical costs. Dale phoned this morning. Spoke to pharmacy. Gave correct ICD 10 code. Claim still rejecting. I'm without treatment since last week. Pulmonary embolisms can be fatal. I don't have anymore sick leave or leave. I'll lose my job if I miss one more day at work. Will my family be compensated if I die? Will Disc pay for my loss of income if I need admission. I suggest their advisors prescribe the cheap alternative and take over the management of the condition. Discovery is totally ***********. Told them on Tuesday last week i can't afford treatment cash. Was told on Friday they'll deal with it today. Left me without treatment for the weekend and who knows for how much longer? Submitting an emergency complaint with the CMS at 9am tomorrow if not resolved. Not taking further calls. Get it sorted with the pharmacy directly
