Claims Refund

I'v ebeen very patient with the entire process. I have resigned from my previous employer effective 31Aug15. I've signed all requested documents in support of my saings refund. I was informed you take 3 months before you refund to establish whether any further medical claims are received. Now I've learned when i followed up again this morning, the waiting period is actually 4 months and the next payout date for refunds is 11Jan2016 - I need my money, you had more then enough times for possible claims, which you can clearly see there were none - i need an urgent refund ASAP (no exceptions and excused anymore) - please send confirmation of refund to [Email Removed] and cc [Email Removed] Thank you

Hello rowanfondling,

Thank you for your comment

When a member resigns from Discovery Health, any money contributed over and above what the member has spent from the Medical Savings Account, will be paid out to the member. This will only be done four months after the member resigns to allow for the payment of late claims submissions. The refund normally takes place on the first run of the fifth month.

I have sent you communication advising of your refund date and also the process to follow for an early refund.

Regards
Kevin
