Claims payout - nightmare

I am so annoyed right now. I still have no feedback in terms of my claim payout for a service dated 17/03/2020. Firstly you short pay, your error as per the consultants iv spoken to, but you still haven't paid out the remaining amount till today. I sent through a complaint last week, the person who contacted me, didn't provide any solutions. You still have not given me turn around time as this query was sent through to your relevant department and awaiting feedback on 03/04/2020. Such incompetence. Alutha can't give me a turn around time because it's not his department and he doesn't know but I mean how's that going to solve my problem. So basically I could wait a whole year for you people just because you don't know what the turn around time is. Iv been waiting for 13days and I think that's just disgusting.
