Claims of consultations.

I had a problem claiming for a consultation with the doctor. The first reason was everything doest seem clear, even thou the person I talked to could point out clear why they didnt pay. She ended up saying that the ICD code is wrong, at the doctors rooms they were shocked because they never had a problem with othe patients claiming with the ICD code. They said I must resubmit the receipt. I sent the stament from the doctors accounts thought all will be clear, still now I get more reasons why they cant pay. My name, the date of consultation is there, the member number is there. They say the attachment has none of that. The thing I hate is, we dont have a choice if a practitioner wants cash, say they dont take medical aid for consultation. I now dont know what to submit to claim.
