Claims not paid out within 30 days

I submitted my claim three times electronically before I realized nothing was being done. I then called in and was told the claim would be processed within 3 working days. I checked my online profile. Nothing updated after four days I check again and the claim is noted as funds to be released on the 14th - another 3 weeks. Another week passes I check and the date changes to the 16th finds are meant to be released within 30 days as per their terms and conditions. I call in to find out why the date has changed I am told that's how long it's takes to clear a check. They didn't even bother calling me to let me know they supposedly didn't have my bank details even though those were filled in at registration. I give them my details again. I am told the funds should be processed within 3 working days. This was on the 6th. I check the system on the 9th the release date has not been updated. I call in and get told the funds should be paid out at midnight that day. Call in on the 10th get told funds would be paid out on the 14th.i ask to speak to manager and get told that the funds would be paid out on the 11th.its now the 11th. 27 days from from the date successfully submitted claim - the third attempt at submission. 3working days from the 6th. The 11th of October and nothing has been done. I was my funds released yesterday!! I will no longer have savings with discovery their rates are too high and their claims clearly gives horrible service. Even considering changing service provider. I'm now at my wits end.
